Unspam is made by Onmind Studios. It blocks calls and sorts text messages using rules you write. This policy explains what it does with your data, which is nothing.
Unspam turns your rules into a list of numbers and hands that list to iOS through Apple's Call Directory framework. iOS does the blocking. Unspam never sees who calls you, and it never reads your call history or your Contacts. iOS itself never blocks a number in your Contacts.
When you turn on the text filter, iOS shows Unspam's filter extension the sender and body of text messages from senders who are not in your Contacts, one at a time, so it can answer "junk", "promotion", "transaction" or "leave it". The extension applies your rules and answers. It cannot store, forward or transmit the message, and by Apple's design it cannot use the network at all. iMessages and texts from Contacts are never shown to it.
Unspam is a one-time purchase on the App Store. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.
