Your birth time, your questions, and the things you write down after a reading are among the most personal data you will ever enter into an app. Almost every app in this category ships all of it to a server. Hekate does not have one.
On iPhone models with Apple Intelligence, Hekate uses Apple's on-device foundation model to synthesize the specific cards you drew against the specific chart you have. Your spread is never transmitted to a language model API, because the language model is already on the phone. On older devices Hekate falls back to its own interpretation engine, so nothing goes dark.
Hekate contains no networking code, no analytics SDK, no advertising identifier, no crash reporter, and no account system. The chart, the deck, the spreads, the horoscope and the journal all work with the radios off. We could not read your data if we wanted to, because it never arrives anywhere we control.
Open the app and use it. There is no email to hand over, no password to invent, no onboarding funnel, and no profile living in a database keyed to you. Your birth data and your journal are stored in your device's own storage and in your personal iCloud backup if you have one enabled.

Enter your birth date, time and place and Hekate computes positions for the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and the North Node, then draws the full wheel with houses, the Ascendant, the Midheaven and the aspect grid. The ephemeris math runs locally. Nothing is uploaded to produce it.

A reading is more than three card definitions printed in a row. Hekate weighs how many Major Arcana appeared, how many landed reversed, which element dominates the spread, and how all of it sits against your own sign, then writes a single coherent reading from that.
