We're a small studio and we read every message. Here are quick answers — and a way to reach a human.
Onmind requires a device with Apple Intelligence — iPhone 15 Pro or newer, or an M-series iPad — with Apple Intelligence enabled in Settings. The Apple Watch app doesn't run the model itself — it sends your question to your paired iPhone and shows the answer.
Onmind's on-device model needs Apple Intelligence, which Apple offers on specific hardware. If your device isn't supported, Onmind won't be able to generate responses. We'd rather be upfront than degrade your experience with a cloud fallback.
Everything runs on your device. There's no account, no analytics, and no tracking — and the app makes no network requests at all. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Siri AI handles simple requests on device but sends harder ones to Apple's Private Cloud Compute — and the heaviest to a Google-operated cloud — with Apple stating that the data is anonymized and never stored. Onmind has no cloud tier at all: every answer is generated on your device and the app makes no network requests, so nothing you type ever leaves it.
Onmind is a one-time $9.99 app on the App Store. Everything's included, forever — all features and future updates. No subscription, no add-ons.
Re-download Onmind from the App Store using the same Apple Account you bought it with — paid apps stay in your purchase history, so there's nothing extra to pay.
You can clear conversations and remembered facts from within the app's settings. Deleting the app removes all of its on-device data.
Please email support@onmindstudios.com with your device model and iOS version. It genuinely helps.
StudyForge runs on iPhone and iPad. AI card generation uses Apple Intelligence on supported devices; on other devices, StudyForge falls back to a deterministic parser — so importing and studying work everywhere.
No. Everything — scheduling, card generation, imports, stats — runs on your device. There's no account and no cloud; it works in airplane mode.
On your device. StudyForge makes automatic local backups, and you can export a backup anytime to keep a copy wherever you like.
