These Terms of Use govern your use of the Onmind app and the onmindstudios.com website, provided by Onmind Studios ("we," "us"). By using our app or site, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Onmind on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms.
Onmind is a paid, up-front app purchased through the App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be re-downloaded on your devices at no extra cost.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or using it to create or distribute unlawful content. Onmind generates content using an on-device model; outputs may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for how you use them.
The app and site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Onmind requires a compatible Apple device with Apple Intelligence; we do not guarantee availability on every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onmind Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
