By downloading or using applications created by Onmind Studios (including Onmind AI, Babelvault, Hexvault, StudyForge, StationWX, and Pixel Pumice), these terms automatically apply to you.
Onmind Studios grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our applications on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Our applications perform computations, foundation model inference, image processing, and data storage locally on your hardware. You retain full ownership of all data, text, audio, and images processed within our apps.
Our applications are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Weather information provided in StationWX is for informational pre-flight situational awareness and must not be used as the sole source for official flight safety dispatch decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onmind Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.
