Sixteenths is a calculator. It does arithmetic on measurements you type in, and that is the whole of it. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server anywhere in the product.
Your settings stay on the device: your display precision, whether you prefer field or exact multipliers, and any bender take-up tables you have edited or added. Calculation history, if you use it, is also local. All of it lives in the app's own sandbox and none of it is transmitted.
This is worth stating precisely, because plenty of apps describe extensive collection as privacy. Sixteenths does not collect your data and then protect it. It never receives it in the first place, because it has no code capable of sending anything anywhere.
You can verify this without trusting us. Put the device in Airplane Mode and use every feature in the app. Nothing changes, because there was never a connection to lose.
Sixteenths requests no permissions. It does not ask for the camera, the microphone, your location, your photos, or your contacts, because it needs none of them to do arithmetic.
Sixteenths is free to download, with a single one-time purchase that unlocks the full set of solvers. It is not a subscription and it never becomes one. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, and we never see your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether the purchase exists on your Apple ID.
Sixteenths is rated 4+ and collects no personal information from anyone, including children, because it collects no personal information at all.
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date above.
